Hydraulic system is a technology which is used to pressurize fluid to move up with the use of pump and a motor. The pump consists of a reservoir to hold the fluid along with a safety valve to allow the pressurized fluid to move up and get stored in the reservoir under heavy pressure. The Hydraulic system is designed in such a manner that the pressurized fluid can be utilized to operate a ram for lifting a vehicle, making the situation easy for a technician to work on it from the underneath position. If you go on for searching the use of hydraulic system, you will get numerous options where the Hydraulic system design can be utilized. To create useful applications of the system a separate industry is working dedicatedly. In other way the industry is well known in the name of fluid power industry. The components which are specifically being used in the designing of the technology are Piston pumps and motors, Gear pumps, tandem, Vane pumps, High pressure hydraulic pumps with both open and closed loops, Low speed, high torque and many other types of equipment of Hydraulic Pumps and Motors. The other components which are also important for the technology are Electronic Controls, Filtration, Actuators, Accumulators, Hydraulic Valves, Compact Power Units, Winches, PTO's and Heat Exchangers. The industry of fluid power is totally standardized based on mineral oil hydraulic fluids. The pumps which are used in the technology are of three different types which are gear pumps, vane pumps and axial piston pumps. All the three pumps have their own limitations as well as advantages. The pump acts as a mechanical device for converting energy from electric motor to the fluid power energy. The pumps which are used in the system are totally rated depending on pressure and flow. The next component of the system is motor. It is also a type of pump working in reverse motion. They play the role in converting the fluid energy back to the mechanical energy.
