On sunny days, skylightsprovide up to 40% of the lighting needed to illuminate thewarehouse.
Since installation, the new LED-based industrial lighting systemhas reduced the facility's $78,335 annual lighting costs by 90%, tojust under $4,078 or 3.9? per square foot, while deliveringbrighter, higher quality light for its tenant's 24x7 warehousingoperations.
