Ultrasound machines have made the medical world a lot easier for the doctors. Without these equipments, doctors wouldn’t have been able to provide the service they’re providing these days. Many doctors require such equipments for their daily work. Healthcare practice without this equipment is simply unimaginable. They can be out into a lot of uses like examine pregnancies, finding out any developments inside the bodies etc. The date of pregnancy had to be guessed in earlier days as there wasn’t any device to give proper indication of the exact date. This resulted in lot of causalities for both the mother and the child. But with the arrival of the ultrasound machine, the situation has changed drastically. Now the exact date of pregnancy can be easily detected with the help of this machine. The fetal capability is the indication of the chance of surviving of the child. The earlier this test is done is much better for all. This will help the doctor and the mother to cease pregnancy if the child has lesser chances of survival. If the test is delayed, the process will get harder and also unlawful. The things that are chiefly supervised are the physical irregularity, fetal heartbeat and movement and this specifies the chances of enduring or not. The gender of the child can also be detected by the use of the ultrasound machines. The parents need not wait these days thinking about the name of the child or the shopping to be done for the new comer. But the problem is that in some under developed countries, this advantage is used to kill female fetus which is both cruel and illegal. The chances of twins can also be found out by this machine. This helps to add the joy of the parents having two children at a time and checking if there is any health problem for the mother or for the child.
