After graduating from university, I became an ordinary clerk of the administrative department in a foreign trade company. Everyday I type, copy and clear up information carefully. Although there were trial things, I worked hard so as to survive in this city. Since I was introverted, I always kept a distance with my colleagues. That day, my father rang me and said he wanted to live with me for a while. In fact, I knew that my father intent to know the detail conditions of my accommodation, working environment and interpersonal relationships. Because my mother died early, I was brought up by my father, who rode bikes and sold exquisite cobblestone, which were picked up by him every afternoon on the beach. To be honest, I didn’t have friends in this city, but how to make my father assured? After thinking twice, I decided to ask my boss for help, so I carefully observe my boss’ movement. I was sure that he didn’t know me, so how could I talk this to him? And would he agree with my funny demand? I was very nervous, but knocked at his office’s door after work. When he saw me walking into his office, he felt confused and asked, “Who are you?” I felt very embarrassed and stutteringly revealed myself. He looked at my red face, smiled and said, “Take it easy.” I paused for a long time and said, “I wish you or the head of our company to invite my father to have dinner in the name of our company.” Then I muster up my courage and said many things between my father and I. “My father cares about me and is afraid that I will be treated wrongly outside. In fact, I am fine and taken good cared of by leaders and colleagues. Of course, I will pay for the meal.” I said sincerely. “How about eating together on Friday night?” He replied balmily. I got excited and said, “Of course, it is Ok.” “Ok, you can have a few days off and take your father to go around. I will tell the driver of our company to carry you outside to have a feast for your eyes.” He said passionately. I waved my hand in a hurry and said, “No, I couldn’t trouble you more. Thanks very much.” I bowed to him. Before duty-off time on Friday, the driver found me and accompanied me to pick up my father at the railway station to a hotel, which was a very deluxe in this city. That was an abundant and snug dinner and both my boss and mid-level executives attended it. Although many people didn’t know me, they spoke highly of me and chatted with us casually. After two days, my father bought a ticket home and said, “At first I was rather worried about you, but now I know you are fine and I can leave here assuredly.” Finally, as a professional E-platform of stone industry, we match global supply and demand resources and promote the mutual prosperity and development for worldwide stone industry trade stone.
