There will always be need for a good telemarketing service to support an SEO company in Singapore. After all, telemarketers are not just good at calling out to prospects and current customers; they are also good in fielding call backs. Think about it, there will be times when prospects will call your company back regarding some questions during your lead generation for SEO services providers. Retaining prospects (as well as the current customers you have) is only natural in your line of business. But how will you do it?

1. Guide the prospects (and customers) – when they give you a call and tell you what their concerns are, you should guide them on what to do next. This will reassure them and show that you are in control of the situation.

2. Build rapport – not to the extent that you become friends forever, but more along the lines that they become more comfortable speaking with you and expressing their concerns.

3. Recap what you have talked about – after your general discussion in your appointment setting campaign, always recap the important details. This will help you keep track of things and give the person at the other end the idea that you know what you are doing.

4. Understand your customers – always remember that your customers are different. You have to match your services with the market segment that you want to penetrate.

5. Show that you really care – one reason why prospects and customers switch to the competition is because of their perceived lack of concern from your company. Do not be like that.

6. Use the right music when placing people on hold – people at the other end of the line tend to hang up when all they hear is silence, bad music, or simply inappropriate promotional messages. That results to lost B2B leads.

7. Be consistent – whether you are using social media, blogs, or the telephone, the message you convey should be the same thing to avoid vagueness.

8. Focus on quality – you need to address a prospect’s concerns, no matter how long it will take your call. By focusing on the customer, and not on your average handling time, you make your lead generation campaign more successful.

9. Provide intelligent experiences – each prospect (and even client) has their own unique preferences of communication. You need to know which medium will click with them.

10. Learn to adapt – in telemarketing, you need to be ready to adapt to rapid market changes. This will ensure that you will succeed in addressing your customers and prospects.

Do these tips sound complicated? Not really, if you are ready to deal with it. Of course, you may not be very familiar with this, given the Singapore environment. So you should ask help from the experts.
