Motorhomes are in great demand these days with travelers wanting to get into a different kind of travel experience encouraging manufacturers to create unique RVs. Primarily, there are three types of RVs, namely class A, B and C RVs. Class A RVs cost a bit more than B or C motorhomes and are basically bought by buyers who have large families while class B and C RVs are small and compact encouraging even beginners to go for the buy. Buyers usually are in a catch22 situation about going for a new or a used RV. The current economic crisis supports buyers to go for used Class C RV rather than buying one outright. Class C RVs are basically called mini motorhomes or speaking in general terms just smaller versions of Class A RVs. When we told beginners wouldn’t find it hard to drive used class C RVs, we meant it was similar to driving a truck or a van, but drivers would surely miss the feel of Class A RVs. Building Class C RVs primarily involves a cutaway chassis. They have both side doors and passenger doors. A unique feature that Class C RVs have is they have a cab over feature not found in other recreational vehicles. This design’s primarily situated at the bedroom space, the downside is it’s the only sleeping space offered, and it solely depends on the Class C RVs you choose. Whether you intend to go for new or used Class C RVs, the experience would surely be different and worth the buy any day. The length of Class C RVs is typically 22 feet to 35 feet with ones that are sold most in the market being 30 feet in length. There’re a lot of variations depending from a manufacturer to manufacturer when it comes to designing floor plans, and they’re priced between $45,000 to $100,000. The price greatly depends on the model chosen, the make, and the upgrades you feel are necessary down the road as well as other amenities. The advantage of buying used Class C RVs, though much smaller than other RVs, is able to add in more luxurious amenities to them. As previously mentioned, they are small, but could be properly customized or upgraded to a buyer’s taste satisfactorily. It’s imperative that you understand how much you’d like to invest and the upgrades you’d wish or be able to afford before getting the RV home. Upgrades basically could be done this way: You’d be able to extend both the bath and kitchen space to fit in more appliances in the kitchen, larger beds could be added accommodating at least six to seven people. You also have the option to better furnish the interiors namely draperies or countertops. When it comes to interiors, again it’s no match to the bigger Class A motorhomes, but the advantage is it gives more mileage than the bigger RVs. It surely is a money saver when you plan to buy one as well as saves a lot of gas in the long run. Noteworthy is the fact that these smaller luxury versions are easier to park and also maneuvering is made easier even on narrow tracks. Again, it all depends on the budget on hand and your preferences that finally decide which one would suits the best for your family.
