In this post, we are going to spell out how you can create reports and forward them via email with the Guard Buddy Security software. In addition, we are going to talk about 4 sections of this wonderful app. Read on to know more about those sections. Report & Email Screen First, take a look at Report & Email Screen section. It allows you to add “additional Comments” about the report. You may hit “Save” once you have finished the report. As explained earlier, you may try the “Edit” option in order to modify the entered information. Next, you need to instruct the app to send the report to your desired email addresses. To do this, you need to enter information, such as Requested By Email, Billing Email and Job Email. Another option called “Enter other Email” can be used to add another e-mail address. Once all email addresses are entered, you can hit “Send Email” button to send the email. The email client on your cell will pop up as soon as you click on the “Send E-mail” button. To send emails, you can write something in the body of the email and click on the “Send” button. The email setup of your cell needs to be configured before sending the reports. Next section of the app called “Considered Closed” will appear once you have sent the reports by following the instructions given above. The whole information regarding the job is recorded in the Security Officers Report PDF. The report then will be forwarded to the given email addresses. Aside from this, the “Closed Jobs” section will contain a copy of the report sent. Report name will be no different from the one mentioned in the field “Job Name”. This section has no mandatory fields. Open Jobs Screen While working on the report, if the application is interrupted because of a phone call or some other reason, you can turn to the Open Jobs Screen to resume the work. Simply hit the “Job Name” in order to continue with the unfinished job. To remove a pending job, you can activate the “Delete Selected Items” option. Closed Jobs Screen Closed Jobs Screen allows you to get back to completed or finished jobs. To check on a job, “Job Name” needs to be clicked on. To send a completed job, all you need to do is to check the relevant box, put email address and hit the “Email Selected Items” option. Help Us Improve Screen Last but not least, Help Us Improve Screen on the guard buddy Security app allows you to help the app developers to improve the app by sending your valuable feedback. This section requires you to enter your name, e-mail address, application name and its version. Once you have entered these details, you may hit the “Send” button.
