The result is the universe inside my head. Try it now! Close the eyes, really quickly, relax plus feel the immensity that is larger than whatever you may imagine. Now, where are we inside this universe. At what aim are we? Are you presently outside looking inside? Or inside looking away? If we completely die to yesteryear at every moment there is not any "you", no experiencer plus experienced, really undertaking. In my opinion, this brings you to complete selflessness. If there is not any we, there is simply being. So a person is not worried with one's own benefit! This may sound like a contradiction, given what I've been believing about selflessness, however, when I started self-hypnosis I remember the feeling of complete contentment while sitting down plus focusing on my breathing. And I remember it filtering into the rest of my life. A feeling of joy coming over me inside mundane conditions.
