Housing societies have many benefits. There is better security, better management, and amenities for its residents. Also, there is better upkeep of parks, club houses, common rooms and other features and an organized way of functioning. But, at the same time, there are some problems as well. One of the most common problems is that of parking space. It is not that the societies do not have the provision of parking while doing the planning. Rather, it is the sheer number of cars which every unit has that compounds the problem. The visitors are not allowed to take their vehicles inside the society due to congested spaces and non availability of parking. However, there can be some exceptions to this rule especially when a person is not able to move on own and requires that the vehicle be allowed to enter the society in order to meet the resident. Even if a person takes his or her vehicle inside, there shall be a check to ensure whether the car is parked at right place.
