We always try to keep our home sparklesly clean, since most of us residing at residential apartment complexes. This trend should also be followed in offices too; neither the habit will be only half a mile followed. Though there are persons on a constant watch in the offices for keeping it in an up-to-date format. Still there should be some amount of responsibility on the part of the employees for keeping their offices almost sparklesly clean. Their habit should be in line with the possible design changes and employing modern work ethics. Offices are said to be places of worship, though modern offices has gone through a constant makeover or changeover over its previous versions. There is the least amount of paperwork and more of computers. Renovation is a constant part of every process and this should not be avoided at any cost. Renovation will not only make the official environment up to date but will also provide the employees with some constant change. This will also bring a feeling among the employees about the developments and this will be visible with the periodic change of office fit out and other small makeovers. These makeovers should be contemporary with the change and it will make the employees quite enthusiastic about possible design changes and also the refreshment of the office environment. This will bring some positive change on the mindset of the employees. It will help them to spend longer hours in office and improve productivity. This is sure to make the management considerably happy. Though the exteriors of most of the buildings are almost the same in all circumstances and this also requires a constant monitoring. However, the interiors should follow a rule of a yearly makeover. This should be first started with the changing of the office fit out among other things. This makeover should ideally consist of the changes that should be done on the internal parts of the office or changing of interior decoration. This will naturally lead to the changing of the interior fit out and making it more contemporary. The color combinations and the design aspects should be taken into account before going for a change. All these should be chosen by taking the external areas of the building into account. The changing of the interiors will need some alterations and this could be followed on a periodic basis. It could be done part by part for minimizing the relevant cost in the possible changes of the office plans step by step. This will also help on the part of the employees and also the management to continue with the production process without hampering it in any way. This will also help the employees to contribute in their own way about the possible design changes with some relevant suggestion and also contributing with some authentic design concepts. This should be followed if the management takes it into their consideration. As everywhere else, employees are a part of the organization and their interests should always be given a high preference over other matters.
