 Praxair, Inc. (NYSE:PX)
PX has signed a 15-year agreement with Honeywell Resins & Chemicals for the purchase of carbon dioxide, a by-product of Honeywell's caprolactam facility in Hopewell, VA. The carbon dioxide will be purified and liquefied at Praxair?s new plant at the Honeywell site which is scheduled to start up in the third quarter of 2013. 
The plant is expected to produce 450 tons per day which will be used primarily in food freezing and processing as well as beverage applications. PX is the largest industrial gases company in North and South America, and one of the largest worldwide, with 2011 sales of $11 billion.
