Wouldn't we all like to have the chance to breathe new life into our homes or work place? Wouldn't we just like to be able to breathe period. Life is much too busy. We all get bogged down with the day to day issues, kids to school, work, cooking, cleaning, ironing etc. Life seems to be at a much faster pace and there are so many more stresses than we used to have in "the good old days". Men and women even children need occasionally to just stop, breathe and think about what is important in our day to day lives because there is much more than work or grafting in the home. Sometimes we just need to sit down and relax. We don't know how long any of us will be here so why does it all have to be rush, rush, rush. Stop and breathe!!! I try to do this at least a few minutes a day and I am lucky enough to have a nice space to do it. I sit down with my cup of coffee or tea, Latte is my favourite, turn on my Hunter ceiling fan and just chill. Hunter fans are silent so it doesn't affect my quiet time and because they only cost the same to run as if I turned on the light cost is not an issue. It makes my mind clearer to sit quietly and reflect without noise like computer games, blaring music or even it is just to walk away from the computer and work. I believe that everything happens for a reason and if you read this then it was meant to be. A Quiet Moment
