This advanced level qualification is suitable for managers and implementers who are accountable for setting up, problem solving and implementing IBM Sterling Connect: Immediate with focus on the Microsoft Windows 4.6 and UNIX 4.1 techniques. Some primary knowing of the z/OS 5.1 foundation is needed. These specialized professionals are also needed to have conceptual knowing of the MS Microsoft company windows, UNIX, z/OS Managing Systems. A manager or implementer who goes this evaluation is able to set up and set up IBM Sterling Connect: Immediate, and provide: a. Knowledge of the Sterling Connect: Immediate elements that communicate with the user interface that allows distribution, performance and monitoring of Sterling Connect: Immediate. b. An extensive set of handled file exchange abilities to assist in information growth, use of automated, reduce protection risk, and enhance IT and company performance. c. A knowing of secure relationships between trading associates with clients, providers and associates. d. Visibility and monitoring of company information with clients, providers and associates. e. Recommended Necessity Skills Before planning for this qualification, the following abilities and information are suggested and assumed: • Conceptual knowing of operating techniques • Basic knowing of fire walls, fill balancers and high accessibility (clustering) • Basic knowing of network connectivity • Basic knowing protection, accreditations and security In planning for this qualification, the following IBM course(s) are suggested to further enhance your skills: o 6T705: IBM Sterling Connect: Immediate for UNIX Fundamentals o 6T710: IBM Sterling Connect: Immediate for Microsoft Windows Fundamentals Test information: Number of questions in this exam is 60 and to complete the exam time permitted is 120 minutes. Minimum passing score is 60%. This exam is available in English language. This exam is designed to offer analytic reviews on the Examination Ranking Review, correlating back to the exam goals, showing the exam taker how he or she did on each area of the exam. As a result, to maintain the reliability of each exam, concerns are not allocated. Exam Sections/Objectives The exam contains five areas amassing 60 multiple-choice concerns. Explain Procedure Terminology claims and reasoning circulation. Area 4 - Management (Monitoring, Servicing and Tuning) (21%) a. Use Connect: Immediate Requestor. b. Use Control Line Interface (CLI). Area 5 - Security (20%) a. Explain regional verification and individual tasks (e.g. administration compared to general user). b. Explain the different methods of distant individual verification (e.g. security password, RACF, regional compared to proxies, snodeid, and protection exit).
