Aerobic training method is a long time to exercise, to fully stimulate the heart and lung, in order to make the body produce beneficial effects. The sports are more than just riding a bike, as well as running and swimming and so on. These projects have a common basic characteristic, which is very laborious, and need to consume a large amount of oxygen.

However, the purpose of this aerobic training is to make the body in a certain period of time increase the oxygen uptake. At this time, the people will quickly inhale a lot of air, so that every corner of the body can get oxygen supply. This requires the function of cardiopulmonary and vascular systems remain strong. Therefore, the size of oxygen capacity can show how the function of the most important internal organs is in the human body, which can be seen as the best indicator of the good and bad of the entire constitution, and have many benefits to our health.

By cold-resistant exercise, the heat production of body’s skeletal muscle is increased significantly, and the body’s metabolic process will speed up, so that the total amount of the body’s heat production expand, to enhance the cold resistance of body. In addition, appropriate cold-resistant exercise can also significantly improve the function of the cardiopulmonary system, and promote respiratory adapt to cold air stimulation, thereby enhancing the cold-resistant ability of respiratory tract and lungs.

Well, cold-resistant exercise is the best to be carried out outdoor in the early morning. You can be selectively engaged in aerobic endurance exercise, such as jogging, trail running, riding bicycle, swimming, climbing, and playing ball and other sports. During the exercise, you should wear thin clothing, so that let your body have a cold sense; after exercise, you should pay attention to keeping your body warm, to prevent get cold after sweating.

In addition, you can select cold-resistant exercise according to your own health and hobbies. Usually you can wash your face with cold water. The practices show that the cold-resistant exercise is quite beneficial to prevent frostbite, colds, flu and runny nose.
