Breast cancer can drastically affect the life of a woman so all of the women have to be well aware of this cruel enemy. There are different kind of risk factors those have the potential to determine the risk level of breast cancer in a woman. When women will be familiar with these risk factors it will be helpful for them to understand the importance of regular examination of breasts. Being a woman the most important risk factor: When you are a woman the chances of breast cancer in you are very high and breast cancer has the ability to attack you at any age. Older you are higher your chances for breast cancer: breast cancer is also found in women with younger age like in premenopausal phase. But it is not common so far. When you are growing older your chances of getting breast cancer will be higher and it is also proved that more than 80% women with breast cancer fall in the age of 40s and above. Obesity a threat for breast cancer development: being obese can increase your chances to have breast cancer. if you are still menstruating and are obese your chances are lower as compare to a woman who is older and is obese to a dangerous level of weight. Use of fats in excess quantity: there are some of the fats those affect the human body in negative way. Some fats are also suspected to be responsible for development of breast cancer in women. Avoiding pregnancy with contraceptive pills: many women use birth control pills to avoid getting pregnant. There is somehow a negative aspect of these pills that can cause breast cancer to develop. Late motherhood or never having a single child: Women who had their first baby after 30 and those who never have a baby are at increased risk of breast cancer. and even those who don’t feed their babies can also have this disease. it is reported that women who get married earlier and give birth to their first baby in early young age are at a very low risk of breast cancer. Absence of physical activity: physical exercise is not only a field of men exclusively. To remain active it is also important for women as well that they should have a physical exercise of 5 to 7 hours over a week. Women who are never in touch with an exercise routine chances of breast cancer are higher in them. It is your breast cancer awareness that helps you in knowing what can cause breast cancer and what can aid you in preventive this cancer. You have t keep yourself up dated about the knowledge about breast cancer so that you can save your life.
