If you are on the island looking for REAL ESTATE CURACAO, and you have an abiding interest in Scuba swimming, then it may interest you to learn that there might be more than 60 dive sites on this island so it is diver's shangri la. There's some of the best diving on Curacao and for the experienced diver there's lots to be seen underwater, even those not so experienced can also view some of the most astonishing coral reefs and sea life which is underneath the clear as crystal waters on Curacao. The tugboat is one of the islands just a couple of ship wrecks on Curacao so is a preferential dive site it is in front of the dive varsity and it's possible to get access to the site by entering the water there and when you have swam for 5 or 10 minutes there is a vertical wall there divers will swim towards the buoy marking the tugboat and then dive down to explore the area where there'll be many exotic fish like yellowtail snappers and some great blue parrotfish's. Divers feed the fishes at that point and this has made the fishes intensely tame there's also more to see at this point if divers dive down under the pier as there are pretty sponges and concrete piles. On the swim back there is a bar called Baya Beach club for an after dive drink. Divers Jump is another well liked diving site on Curacao, it is a site with a steep wall for deep dives, there'll be seahorses when diving and also tons of pretty coral to see there is a hat formed rock on the cliff behind which at a previous time was employed as a pin down for the site by divers. It is a wonderful idea to go to this site when it is calm at sea as it is tough to go into the site when the sea is coarse. Barracuda point is a good site for diving and witnessing the Barracuda close, some good size ones will even follow you while you are swimming as they feel that you have attacked their environment. The dive site is located just across the channel from Barbara Beach it is a fairly new dive site and is near to the mouth of Spanish water, there's also a big choice of other exotic fish and the wall slopes to around 75 feet with mild currents. A fresh fish was discovered at this point at a depth of over 300ft named Saber Goby. The Crash Site was given its name as there is a wreck of a small aeroplane under the water, the plane didn't essentially crash but instead it tripped over board after the USS Erie was hit by a German torpedo. Divers can go and explore the aeroplane which is under the water and if they look closely can make out parts of it, though it has been under the water for so exceedingly long it's sometimes now covered in Coral during time the remains has continuously been scattered from about 10 meters to 30 meters deep. There may be over 60 dive sites on Curacao and for diving fans this is up there with the best places in the world to dive.
