Cloud computing is one such thing that has been making waves over the world because it is enabling so many people to do so many things, even when they do not have the resources at hand. This type of cloud computing means the service is entrusted with all the data, information and software which are remotely accessed. The name cloud computing gets its name from the cloud like diagrams that are used to describe its functions and stands for the vast cover of internet around us. Software and databases can be rented and used by various users. Public cloud computing has become very popular now because it gives the user a vast area to work with and there are infrastructure, platform, services, data, desktop etc that can be used as services. The areas which benefit from cloud computing are finance, network, database, content, monitoring identity and much more. Cloud computing has also helped to bring down costs to a large extent but there are some who feel that this huge transfer of data could lead to a number of insecurities like virus transfer etc. However, adequate precautions are being taken to overcome obstacle and to make the overall functioning free of glitches. So with the help of cloud computing, ideas and data are being shared like never before and there are those who have further developing on its potential with advanced algorithms. This is the new age technology that everyone is looking forward to and information technology will only get bigger and better with this.
