Into the autumn, the temperature becomes cool and pleasant, so the appetite of people is gradually enhanced, and digestion ability is increased, it is a good season to make up for inadequate nutrition caused by summer hot weather. However, if you arrange improperly, it easily causes excess nutrients or is harmful to our health. Then what should we pay attention to arranging the diet of autumn?

Every fall, people will think we need to nourish, and the diet should be easy to digest and absorb. In fact, when the weather is cooler, to tune up the body is necessary. But that kind of nourishing method regardless of body situation is not available science, which is not only unhealthy, but also is a waste of money and material, or even damage to the body.

However, in the autumn, we need to balance the nutrition. The nutrition experts pointed out that only food diversification can provide comprehensive nutrition to the human body. So, in the fall, we should pay more attention to the diversity of the food in the diet, because the nutritional balance can supply the lack of nutrition due to hot summer, especially we should eat plenty of fiber-rich foods. Moreover, we need to eat more warm foods, less cold foods, to take care of our stomach, so as not to cause diarrhea and dysentery and other diseases; besides, the elderly and children and other weak people should pay more attention to this.

Moreover, we should drink more water in the autumn, in order to maintain the balance of water metabolism, and prevent skin dryness. Drinking dilute brine in the morning and drinking honey water at night both is a good way to replenish water and prevent constipation, and can keep our health and delay aging. Furthermore, we should eat more vegetables, and fruits to supply the vitamins and minerals in the body, to neutralize the excess acid metabolites in the body, which can play the detoxifying effect.

Third, we should eat more beans and other high-protein plant foods, but eat less greasy foods. Fourth, we need eat onions, ginger, garlic, pepper and other spicy products as little as possible, and should not eat barbecue, to prevent dryness in the fall. Fifth, we must pay attention to controlling appetite. When eating, we had better eat slowly, which not only is conductive to digestion of food and absorption of nutrients, but also keep the intestinal moisture through fiber foods.
