With the development of human civilization and science and technology, the environment human beings live in is seriously polluted. Environmental pollution becomes a global issue. All countries in the world begin to concern about the problem of environment. In recent years, the leaders from different countries held conference about environmental problem in order to resolve problems together. Adopting administrative, legal, economic, scientific and technological measures to realize the rational use of natural resources, prevent pollution and destruction of the environment, thus to maintain ecological balance, expand useful natural resources and ensure the healthy development of the society. In our daily life, many wasteful things can be recycled, for example, some useless leather jacket can be made into leather cord which could be useful for ornament or pendant making. In order to prevent the deterioration of the natural environment, protect green water, blue sky and the sea, we should prohibit private mining, deforestation, arbitrary sewage, over-grazing, excessive land reclamation, over-exploitation of natural resources and destroy the ecological balance. All of these problems mainly rely on governments at all levels to exercise their functions and regulate to resolve. The protection of life on earth includes preservation of the species, the conservation of plant vegetation, animal’s return, the conservation of biological diversity, reasonable caution for transgenic, protection of biological extinction, recovery of extinction of species, habitat expansion. Besides, human beings should live in harmony with other species but do not bully them. Make the environment more suitable for the needs of the human work and labor. This relates to people's clothing, food, housing, row, science, health, and meets the healthy, green requirements, must comply with all aspects of activities. This macroscopic level not only relies on the conscious action of citizens but also relies on government policies and regulations as a guarantee, relies on community to organize educational guide to the workers, peasants and soldiers people from all walks of life and make concerted efforts to resolve.
