Here comes another weapon from Google’s Android to get attention back from Apple iPhone5 and iOS 6. Android launched its last version Android 4.1 Jelly Bean in July 2012 which was before launch of iPhone 5 & IOS6. Now, when the smartphone market is going haywire over iPhone5 & IOS6, Android is back with new and improved version of its OS known as Key Lime Pie. Sounds very sweet along with some tangy taste left on tongue. So, now we all can expect a sweet OS with some tangy applications. Android’s journey stated way back in 2008 and since then there was no looking back. In spite of the fact that Apple iPhone always has the strong hold in the smartphone market Android is successful in making a secure plus respectable place for itself in the market. Android OS is an open source which bought a sheer freedom in Android apps development in comparison to restricted iOS application development on Apple devices. Android 4.0 Ice Cream sandwich OS version was launched with Nexus 7 and later it was followed by Android 4.1 Jelly Bean in Super Nexus 7. Now the new version of OS is under many speculations that what would be its version Android 4.2 or 5.0. Google has not announced anything about it officially. No matter what whatever would be version there are loads of efforts put in the development of this version by Google People. Anyway whatever be the version, experts are already in league to make assumptions about the upcoming features or expected feature in the new version. Some of them to state are: More attention to social networking: Google Android has always taken social networking to secondary priority. Now. The experts are expecting to have more emphasis on social networking integration. iPhone has well integrated social networking application which makes it very favorable among users. Now, its turn of Android apps developers to come up with some reliable and great social networking integration including Google Plus, twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook etc. Must Have Line drawing keyboard Option: All leading manufacturers like Sony and HTC have this feature in their phone but Google is left behind. So, now it’s a high time to incorporate Line drawing Keyboard as its upcoming feature. InBuilt Video Chat application: In Android devices the user has to download application like Skype or ray for video chat. The expectation is to have inbuilt video chat app which user can use directly. Cross Device SMS sync: This feature is for today’s new generation which believes in swapping sim cards often which usually land in loss of contacts and texts saved in previous sim. So, if the user will give cross device SMS synch it will be great feature to grab their attention.
