Cau Giay got its name from the historic bridge where the well-known Battle of Cau Giay happened. Here, you will find Kaengnam Hanoi Landmark Tower, the country's tallest skyscraper. 3. Dong Da
This is the 2nd most densely populated area in the metropolis. The most known place of interest in it is the Confucian Temple of Literature, the site of the country's oldest university and one of Hanoi's main attractions. 4. Hai Ba Trung
The district that carries the most number of population in the city, Hai Ba Trung was named after the Trung Sisters – the 2 famous heroines in Vietnam's history. Although you won't find main attractions here, it is still a good place to start touring surrounding areas, such as Dong Da, Hoang Mai, and Hai Ba Trung. At a little over 9 sq km, Thanh Xuan is one of the smallest Hanoi districts.
