The health experts pointed out that after strenuous exercise, due to a lot of sweat, the water, potassium and glycogen in the body and some carbohydrates will consume a lot, in order to better supply missing nutrients in the body and try to recover the physical force as quickly as possible, it is necessary to give the body to supply nutrition quickly. So what should we eat after violent sports?

Firstly, we should add more liquid food. After exercise, eat more porridge, soup, there are fresh fruits and vegetables with sufficient water, these foods can help your body to supply nutrition rapidly, to restore the lost nutrients. Second, we can eat foods high in vitamin content. After exercise, eat more foods rich in vitamin B and vitamin C, these foods can help you dispose the metabolites accumulated in the body. In addition, regular consumption of these foods can help you eliminate fatigue. Moreover, drinking honey water after exercise is also a good method to add energy for our body.

Third, we can also eat more protein-rich foods. After the exercise, the body will consume great amount of calories, so people will feel tired. Regular eating tofu, lean meat, fish and eggs and other foods can not only help you add calories, but also can increase the protein. Fourth, we should eat more alkaline foods after sports, such as fresh vegetables or animal livers and so on. After these foods are digested and absorbed by people, it can quickly reduce the acidity of the body’s blood, playing a role in balance, so that make the body reach a weak alkaline, to eliminate fatigue brought about by the movement as soon as possible.

Moreover, in the beverage, it is best to drink milk, soy milk, tea or fruit juice without sugar, or mineral water and boiled water and so on; in the alkaline animal food, only dairy products and animal blood belong to alkaline foods, and other foods belong to acid food. As for foods, the best suited to eat after labor or exercise it tofu or other soy products, and fresh fruits and a variety of vegetables. These are very good alkaline food. The kelp is a good alkaline food. In addition, sesame, soy, and ginger are all excellent alkaline food eaten after exercise, after eating it, it will be very beneficial to reduce the acidity in the blood and eliminate the fatigue. Therefore, after exercise, we should pay attention to the diet, we are best to eat alkaline foods.
