Experts who were involved in the survey stated that, “Preference of side on the bed does not imply improving sleep or enhancing brain cells.” People who were involved in the survey disclosed that they are unable to get a good sleep if they are not getting their favorite side. Many of the respondents even quoted that, it is a habit, which they have attained since childhood, and changing it is difficult. Some of the respondents who were involved in the survey said, “It does not matter which side of bed is to be taken for sleep when you are feeling tired and sleepy.” Expert opinion Experts involved in the survey gave the conclusions that men compromise in this situation and let their partner select the side accordingly as they do not want to indulge in any conflicts. Even some of the psychologists have said that it is better to decide on this issue and let one-person win so that a relationship does not face a traumatic end because of a silly reason. Some of the psychologists have praised this survey as it helps in understanding human nature and behavior. Some previous survey results showed that, a person sleeping on the left side of the bed are generally happier.
