The customers choose furniture in order to both decorate and make their living space comfortable and functional. Each master cares about his house and comes to the point of interior as thoroughly as he can. We all look at the quality indicators, the level of brand recognition at the market and the whole image of the company-seller while making a decision what piece of furniture to buy and where to do it. But still none of us is safe from troubles and misunderstandings during the cooperation even with the best known distributors. Thus, I have decided to make a short review of the furniture complaints. Which points do we usually complaint about while having deals with furniture stores and online shops? I think you will agree with me if I mention delivery drawbacks when the order come with a great delay or doesn`t come at all. Or let`s take for example quality issues, when our new beloved costly sofa falls into pieces in a few weeks despite the massive advertising of its durability. Thus, the matter of Furniture Complaints should be paid attention to in order to avoid negative experience at purchasing of the already mentioned items. Having analyzed a few sources I can formulate the rating of winners at the category of the Worst Furniture Service and owners of greatest number of complaints. They are Ikea, The Place Furniture, Art.com, Exclusive Furniture, Guardsman, My Pillow, Home Perfect, Macyc, Bedcock and Jennifer Convertibles. However, this list can be continued by few more representatives. The anonymous customer of Home Perfect only proves the upper statements: “Dishonest company. Cancelled order the day after I ordered because product was not in stock and it took them over 3 weeks to credit my account back the money. There is no customer service if you have a problem. They will only respond by email. Cancellation phone number tells you to write an email”. Furniture Complaints are expresses in a wide range of testimonials and opinions which can be found all over the world and are being posted by upset consumers in the Internet in order to bring some use. The furniture producing and distributing companies have to work hard in order to decrease the quantity of dissatisfied customers so that to make the image better. The modern furniture market has a high level of competition, thus each complaint against one firm is a bonus to another one which hasn`t faced mentioned problems yet. I would like to conclude that the most common Furniture Complaints concern such issues as quality, delivery and personal customer service. But along with this I can mention not less important matters touching the topics of money back guarantees, payment opportunities, online services and price discrepancies. Most of the adverted companies are alike in their drawbacks as it can be seen from the people`s critics but still each of them tries to be unique at the special offers supply and customer attraction in order to gain the biggest market share and to achieve competitive advantage.
