The parts that need to be degreased are placed into the tank, and then are sealed off. The ultrasonic components are then turned on for the desired amount of time.Though tightly bonded soils, greases, and contaminants cannot always be removed with the use of ultrasonic degreasers alone, combining traditional cleaning techniques with ultrasonic cleaning technology has been found to be an effective and environmentally-safe method of cleaning. It cools and condenses it back to its liquid form and flows it back to a clean condensate tank and finally it goes back to the boil sump or the rinse tank.
