Great Support Lead Generation: Unlike other agencies, we do NOT operate on a “call and chase” system. You will only talk to people that have requested what we are offering and need help in making their decision. There is no need for elaborate sales scripts or cold-calling. A Proven Sales System: We have already done the hard work for you. Over the years, Symmetry Financial Group has worked to continually refine our sales system and techniques. Today, agents who use our proven sales system experience an average 80% close rate on leads. Support: We invest heavily in our agents and provide them with constant training and development. SFG agents are able to receive direct consultation from management, attend webinars and teleconferences, and receive website support. Symmetry Financial Group also provides assistance with leads and marketing, licensure issues, and insurance applications. What You Make is Up to You! Symmetry Financial Group is NOT a one-size fits all organization. Part-Time to Full-Time commissions typically range from 60% to 115%, depending on sales volume and performance. Top performing agents are also eligible to participate in company-sponsored trips and earn additional bonuses.
