Most consumers are becoming more and more resourceful in the process of defending their rights in the cooperation line between them and market representatives. Those companies, who have neglected such important issue as a customer service, can nowadays read their names in the lists or ruthless media which open their drawbacks for the whole world to see. Thus, I have decided to devote this article to the topic of scam reports, namely the matter of how to report a scam in order to be heard. Let`s switch back to the representatives of retail market and food industry. They are most often complained at for the reason of low goods quality, delivery drawbacks, impolite staff, warranty problems and a wide range of related issues. And in most times the bigger is the company the more quantity of dissatisfied clients it has. Maybe it is just a statistics or maybe the deals are really to be better. The names of Direct TV, Delawarefakes, Kohls, Simply Slim Clinics, Sears and other companies are familiar to most American citizens. By the way, let`s get acquainted with the opinion of a customer who has made purchases at the well-known electronics retailer Panasonic: “I bought a Panasonic TV in the summer of 2009 because I thought Panasonic made reliable products. Mistake! Some of the features never worked, but it was too big a hassle to take it back for replacement of servicing; they were not critical to my needs. Now, only a little more than three years after I bought this TV, it won't even pick up the local CBS affiliate. The "troubleshooting" section of the user's manual is a joke and I can only assume that some technical failure has occurred. I have no idea what the projected life of this TV is, but I believe a product costing several hundred dollars should last longer than three and a half years.” This customer has followed the recommendations of how to report a scam only partly. He hasn`t mentioned the direct date of shopping and the name of representative employee who gas services him. Thus, there are lot` of sources with the help of which people can report a scam. They can make applications to the higher instances which can solve the disputes with the help of court or make the refund process faster. Such organizations as FBI, ScamWatch, Pissed Consumer and the others collect and spread information about the not reliable firms which have a big risk of frauds and quality problems. One of the major things which professionals advise to customers is not to be afraid of standing for their rights and use the rules of scam report for the more influence in the case.
