In addition, the time of nap should not be too long, preferably within one hour. Second, you should not take a nap immediately after lunch. And do not sit down or lie down immediately after meals, you should stand 30 minutes, during which, you can wash dishes, trim the flowers or walk for 30 minutes, which is helpful to digest.
