Air shower are specialized anti chambers that is passed through before entering a clean room to blow off the excess amount of dust particles from the clean room personnel before they enter in order to minimize contamination. The doors of these air showers are made of aluminium panel and have a clear view glass or acrylic windows. The HEPA filter and pre filter assembly are placed on the top of the unit and the unit is controlled through a programmable solid state circuit control system that is located at the junction box. The control unit helps the user to adjust the air nozzles and the operation time. Besides having a sturdy construction, these are ergonomically designed and are versatile in usage. These generally have low noise and vibration levels and are programmable when it comes to operation.
