Just about everyone knows something that someone else on the planet wants to know. The deal is to find something that lots of people on the planet want to know, learn enough about it to get some experience in that particular topic and become an EXPERT. Once you've become a bonafide expert in your chosen topic, the rest of this is a piece of yummy delicious moist chocolate cake. Yum! So figure out what you're an expert in and let's get this show rollin'. Lights. Camera. Action. Write an outline of your "How to..." from beginning to end. Write an introduction - at least enough that when you're talking about how you got so smart about this topic, you can talk about it fluently. Hire a video kid (some kid from the local high school with a video phone is all you really need) to shoot the videos - at least 5 minutes each. There will be more than one. Write out the details of each step in your outline. (You don't have to be wordy.) Get to the point and use bullets to define each step in each segment, so it's easily understandable. Video any parts of the program that you believe might need more detail. Any time there's a major change in your product, it's a good point to video that change and update your reader with a video insert into the written document. Take screen shots of any details that are on the computer and upload those to your document as photo fillers. Prepare any graphs or content details in separate documents and set those into side bars, additional documents, or info pages that link to your document. Add valuable content to your topic and include notes about how to apply that content, as well as all the helpful tips you're including. Generate primary topic headers and write articles for those headers. Use the articles you just wrote to generate an eBook to market with your product and promote your program. Pull together all the information you're creating and publish a printed book that will lead people back to your business online with buying clients. Create a website to market your knowledge and your training module. Schedule a free event where you can bring your buying market on board and promote your knowledge. (This will help to establish your expertise in this field.) Record the free event and include the recording in a portion of your product as an introduction to the full product and coaching package. Bring in joint venture marketers to help promote and sell your product, but more importantly, invite JV people to participate as customers and sell their own products.
