By now we all know the meaning of MBA. It is Master of Business Administration. It is needed to get the extra edge over other people in the work field. It needs real dedication and a systematic planning to study. It is such a degree which has a real value in the academic as well as the job field. People who want to be the manager or to hold a high position in their career all want to do the MBA. They want to do this because they know MBA is such a course by which they can be able to know various tactics and systematic methods and through these they can crack the hardest nut in their work place. By this study they can be able to learn to solve a tough problem within a minimum time by applying various process. It is not possible for most of the people without this degree. But, to get this degree is not at all sufficient. One has to get the accredited degree from an accredited university, which fulfill all the requirements that is suggested by the education council of that land. If someone is able to do the course from these kinds of universities then, they can get a good job and their degree has value all over the world. Otherwise, it carries no value. But, to get the admission into the renowned colleges for doing the MBA course is not at all easy. Two things are must for this study. One is “achievement motivation” and the other is “study habit”. Achievement Motivation: By achievement motivation, we mean the motivation to achieve something. It can be study or to achieve any great thing in the life. To get the accredited MBA, you must need this quality because, if you are from India then, before taking the admission into the colleges in India you need to appear some of the hardest entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT and many more. And to crack these types of exams you need to continually motivate yourself and you need to compete with many people when you prepare for any type of exams like these. To get the admission into a good college and to sustain there is very tough. You need to go through entrance exams, group discussion, personal interview in order to take the admission into any university. Getting the admission is not all enough. You need to survive there and to complete the course successfully. Otherwise all your efforts will go in vain. All these can be possible if you are high in achievement motivation. Study habit: This thing is needed through the academic career in our lives. Through a proper study habit in your life you can be able to do complete all the course successfully. Proper study habit means, you need to sit for the study in proper time and in the proper room regularly. You need to chalk out some plan in order to excel in the exams. If you can be able to achieve these two qualities then you can get an accredited university degree from a renowned university in the country and can be able to get higher position in your career.
