Static pass box is designed to minimize traffic and contamination entry into the clean room. Our Pass box comes under the international standard and is specifically designed that aids in the material transfer without much personnel movement. Furthermore, the Static Pass Box also acts as a hindrance for entrance of contaminants in clean room and other classified areas. These pass boxes works in similar process of air shower and removes such loose particles / dirt from the packed materials transferred the manufacturing area to other places & vice versa in pharmaceutical/ electronic/food industries. These boxes operate on the principle of one door opening at a time with electromagnetic interlocking so as to avoid any possibility of cross contamination. With stainless steel coating and rigid base these tailor made equipment provide optimum performance. Weiber Static Pass Box is made of Commercial board & all its external & internal surfaces are duly laminated. Each hinged door in our pass box has wide glass viewing window, through which material kept in the pass box can be seen. These doors are electrically interlocked type, so that any one door can be opened at a time. UV & fluorescent light and HEPA filter can be provided optionally. These static box has doubled walled construction heated and cooled units. Outer body are constructed out of thick PCRC sheet duly pre-treated with primers and rust proofing and painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly powdered coated. The inner body is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet or G.I. the gap between the walls is filled with high grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in pass box. The Static Pass Box equipments are self contained units that minimize the entry of contaminants and also cross contamination into the clean rooms.
