The pattern of business would be different one in different offices as the transactions in which the management is involved in are not the same. Some business house may be involved in the deal of export of tea while some other is dealing with manufacturing of cosmetics or electronic goods. For example in case of trading company in relation to export and import there is requirement of proper warehousing or hoarding of goods is necessary as these articles are hoarded at one place in order to export from there. So in these cases the proper warehousing would play a great role. Sometimes the exporter hires storehouse in the port area where he keeps his articles and in turn the port arranges for the security of the items. Different documents are required in this procedure as proof of warehousing and export. Not only on the part of the exporter but storing the goods also play a great role of importance on the part of importer. Sometimes the importer does not own a storehouse where he can keep the goods imported; so in this scenario he may hire the stockroom at the port area and can transfer the goods directly to the market from there. Again sometimes the port authority confiscate the good due to non-payment of import duty and have the right to sale out the confiscated materials if all the dues on account of import duty are not paid within specified time limit. So a dedicated staff needs to be appointed by the importer as well as exporter who will look after the taxation requirement and release the goods on time. From the above discussion we can say on an overall basis that different class of authority would be involved in order to make a business transaction a successful one. There would be the staff members who are working in offices, management personnel who are responsible for all the managerial plans, workers working in factories or stores, the taxation authority of the land where the company operates and the esteemed consumers who are the lifeline of the organization to earn the revenue and help in expanding its field. In case of staff members who all are working in any business it is very important to keep themselves fit and fine so that they can earn their livelihood and the company in turn increase the production and expand the market. Often the people working for hours sitting at one place are victimized by different types of arthritis, back aches etc. This situation can be combated if the management appoints skilled architects for their office floors and these furnishing experts are also aware of the privacy of each of the employee and thereby often use modern office partitioning to honor the privacy of each employee using the floors. Also this would harmonize healthy working environment. Design office is passion of big fixture manufacturing companies. In this manner the expert designers can co-ordinate among all the needs and requirements of both the employees and the management as a result of the furnishing contract entered into.
