As the scale of inflation rises, people fear about their job security. Jobs have been the most prominent aspect of life. Without a steady job people find themselves ostracised by the society. A job helps an individual maintain a social standing. With a decent job a person can demand respect and upkeep his repute easily. However companies have started opting for downsizing techniques. These methods of cost efficiency are being considered because they help the companies save a buck. Organisations are in a financial rut because banks and credit unions are bankrupt. The Government is dissolving inch by inch and is submerged in debt. Since paying off their debt is a priority the economic infrastructure has to suffer. It is evident that the condition of workers will further worsen. The only way to ensure survival is to find a second job or demand a higher pay package. How can a company ensure higher remuneration to workers when they are in debt? How can a middle class individual improve his standard of living? Inflation has taken its toll on the common man. With no stable and regular income he tends to become miserable. Suicidal cases have been increasing in the recent few months. This is because every individual is indebted to someone. It is a vicious circle that cannot be broken. There is no household that is living their dream. Every job entails a dream that is to earn lump sum. However this dream is an illusion because no job meets the needs and requirements of a worker. Because people have to settle for odd jobs, they form the foundation or so called the bottom layers of the hierarchy. There is probability that their real talent may never be recognised and identified. These workers may end up as labourers because their true talent was suppressed. This is because they did not demand and question the authority. It is better to seek an alternative and figure out a way yourself rather than be suppressed. If one job does not satisfy your needs and then two jobs will. The World Wide Web has been guiding new talent to success. The new generation has stopped believing in being employed. In fact they want to be employers. They want to be self employed and ergo online business ventures. Investors always knew internet business would be a boom. It is a novel way to ensure a steady income. There were some minor bumps like the Pepperfry Complaints that created obstacles. However these incidents were resolved in time. PepperFry Complaints and other such scams are the past. The current world loves being and living online. There is no person who is unfamiliar with the phenomenon called online shopping. In fact the internet has become a public medium offering excellent services to the common man. With internet there is no space for errors and the quality of service is uncompromised. You can blindly trust the internet to accomplish your day to day tasks in seconds. The internet is considered a popular alternative to earn extra income.
