With a passion for creating comfortable, cost-effective and well-built homes, and an insatiable drive for perfection he decided to break out and open his own home building and restoration business. Prestige Homes flourished and continued to thrive when Jan moved to Canada in 1995. For the last seventeen years he has worked side by side with his son Karl Bach, a science graduate who got into the business during his student years by helping out on weekends and in the long summer holidays. Karl took on numerous roles and responsibilities and has since built up an unparalleled knowledge of the industry. Together father and son spearhead a dynamic and forward thinking custom home building business that is widely recognized for its core values of trust, credibility, passion and enthusiasm.
