With not much of gender discrimination, these days we see many women working in corporate sector. Also women are having equal position as men in the corporate sectors and other business offices. Life there is very difficult as there is constant work pressures, project works during holidays, week offs, late nights etc. Earlier however there were huge amount of gender discriminations happening in private and multinational companies. But today, we can say both men and women working in the same positions. Inspite of men and women being in the same positions women, when it comes to wages are paid low. The wage levels of females are still not equal to males even though the positions are equal. A few companies have job policies which states they do not employ females. Also training facilities are not provided to a large extent to women as compared to men. Promotions too are many a times not given to female employees as compare to males. Above all these problems and difficulties one of the very difficulty which women face is eve teasing, flirting and abuse. Female abuse is not something new in the corporate sector. It was there then and it is still there. Women very easily become victim of abuse and sexual harassment. We hear so many incidents of rape in office and women abuse. We aim to stop it but it is not something which can be easily stopped or put to an end. Some rational steps must be taken that will ensure the safety of women in corporate sectors. Physical abuse in office is something very ridiculous and it proves yet another example of women not being safe. It is true that women today are not safe anywhere and that is one reason the government has laid down special rules to ensure the basic safety of females. Another brilliant way that women can take help of while facing problems in offices i.e. corporate sectors would be using a mobile application that can help them send help messages. As we know technology is reaching new milestones with new inventions, there are many applications that are available these days to help people inform others. In this risky world we never know how safe we are. To ensure our own safety we must see to it that we have the necessary applications that will help us when we need help the most. To avoid critical conditions at work. Women should think twice before taking up a specific job. If she thinks the work atmosphere is safe and comfortable, then only she must go for the job if not she must change her mind. There is a saying that if you cannot change the world, change yourself. The same way we cannot stop these practices at once, instead we should be firm in our decision and look for ways to keep ourselves secure.
