Phelan car accident lawyer prior to contacting an insurance company. "> Authorities arrested a drunken naked woman Thursday morning. She had driven into her also naked fiancé who then suffered serious injuries. At approximately 12:40 a.m. the California Highway Patrol responded to the Phelan car accident east on Phelan Road, west of Baldy Mesa Road. Authorities found an undressed 22-year-old Hesperia woman and her injured and clothes-less fiancé Alberto Giovanni Bravo near a crashed 2008 Honda Civic automobile, per a CHP news release. Bravo, 30-years-old and from Victorville had for reasons undisclosed by authorities exited the vehicle. At this point, his fiancé moved onto the driver’s seat. Both were naked. Bravo then waked in front of the vehicle and the woman behind the wheel drove into him. He was thrown over the hood of the car. She then slammed on the brakes and lost control of the vehicle. When CHP arrived to the car accident site, the Civic had crashed into a chain-link fence. Apparently when the woman lost control of the vehicle it veered across Phelan road, crashed into the fence and continued along it before hitting two trees and coming to a stop. On the ground, authorities found Bravo who had suffered major injuries after being thrown off the hood. Immediately he was airlifted to an Antelope Valley Hospital. Authorities proceeded to transport the woman to Desert Valley Hospital so she could get treated for minor injuries. After she was released, they arrested her for felony driving under the influence causing injury, then booked her at Victor Valley jail. Matt Hunt CHP spokesman stated that the name of the driver would not be released but alleged that she was engaged to the victim. “Part of this investigation is of a sensitive nature and still under investigation,” Hunt told High Desert Daily press in an email. “Until that portion of the investigation is cleared up, we will be holding off on releasing the name.” Drunken driving collisions account for a large percentage of deaths in car accident cases. Next time you decide to engage in drinking, don’t drive, and get a designated driver.
