Bajaj has launched its new Bike Bajaj Discover 100T which is new version of Discover 100cc. As Discover is one of the most favorable of Bajaj after Bajaj Pulsar segment, the company has planned to launch this discover in more countries like Indonesia, Latin America & South Africa. In the segment of 100cc bikes, there is wide range of bikes are available. But it does not matter to the company because Bajaj has already holds the crown of 100cc bikes in India. The Sales General Manager of Bajaj Autos Mr. R Chandrashekhar has told that we are doing Business in India & after few months we will expand our business in these countries. In these countries the demand of these bikes increase by very huge amount & we have good opportunity to do business globally. Engine Performance of Bajaj Discover 100T Bajaj Discover 100TBajaj Discover 100T is powered by 100cc high volume commuter section & Bajaj aim to capture a lot of market share from the present section leader, Hero MotoCorp. The Discover 100T options Bajaj’s own DTSi technology & comes with a four valve setup, that Bajaj claim can alter the engine to be a lot of peppier than its section competitors. On the other hand, the engineers of Bajaj Discover 100T mileage have claimed that it can give mileage of 87km/l. This can give competition to Bikes of Hinda & Hero. When the engine if Discover 100TT performance at maximum power it give power of 10.1bhp @ 9000rpm. And at this performance, it can also generates maximum torque of 9.3N @ 6500rpm. The ignition type of the bike is Electronic type & starting can be done with self or kick. It has 4 manually speed transmissions. A maximum power the top speed of bike is 100km/hr. And the rear suspension Nitrox type with total size of 110mm. It easily absorbs the shocks make your ride more easy. The main limitation of the bike is the lack of discs brakes. The Bajaj Discover 100T have drum brakes on both front & rear wheels. The front brakes are Drum type with size of 130mm & the size of rear drum brake is 110mm.
