This is a likely place for dirt, dust, pet dander, and pet hair to accumulate. It is common for potential buyers to look over baseboards, along with other trim, when trying to determine whether a home's interior would need to be painted. 7- Mechanicals Closet/Room. Often overlooked, the mechanicals closet/room should be cleaned with the same effort as every other room in the home; for the same reasons. That being said, leave the cleaning of mechanical equipment to the professionals. 8- Laundry Closet/Room.
