Haridwar, the gateway of God is the sacred Hindu pilgrimage destination of India. This is the most blessed among char dham. This is even regarded as one of the holiest ghat of this scared place. It is seen that most of the devotees take a bath in the kund and do the evening prayer to achieve the blessings of god. Their devotion, their faith can be felt from that beautiful sight. If you want to experience the same then you have to make a contact with the travel agencies. You can make your tour own also by reaching the nearest airport called Jolly Grant Airport, located 20 km from Delhi. Chas the railway stations from where the regular trains arrives from various parts of the country. Numerous state and private buses give the regular services.
