Do you write articles to drive people to your website? Do you have problems coming up with ideas on what to write about? It can sometimes be a daunting process to continuously sit down and write everyday especially when you have what I call topic writers block. That's when your brain goes into shutdown mode because you can't think of one more topic to write about because you think you've done it already. Let me just say that first of all, the combination of topics to write about are infinite. If you can't sit down and immediately have something in mind to write about, then don't do it. The first thing to understand is that the longer you sit there staring at a blank computer screen, the more frustrated you'll become and the less you'll get done. So, get up, go do something else, and let the ideas come to you. One thing I do is that I always keep a notebook with me to jot down ideas while I'm out and about. I have more topics to write about then I know what to do with but I still take that notebook with me constantly and I'm always writing down things. For instance, I was in the grocery store the other day and I saw a mother and her two children grocery shopping. One child, a little girl, was sitting in the cart and she was maybe all of a year and a half while her big brother who was about 4 years old was walking beside the cart by his mom. You could tell that mom was not having a great day and she was losing her patience over the little boy who wanted a certain kind of cereal that mom refused to buy. This little guy would not let up and what started as a debate about the cereal, turned into a full blown temper tantrum by the time they made their way to the checkout stand. Mom was so embarrassed because by now, everyone was staring at her thinking God knows what and she couldn't get out of there fast enough. Thank goodness the little girl was just kind of taking it all in without a fuss. As a mom, I can relate to her so I didn't pre-judge her at all. In fact, I give her big kudos for not giving into the whining, crying and downright temper tantrum. That was amazing. The point is, I went home and wrote an article about over stressed moms and some tips on how to overcome these stressors of normal every day life. If I didn't have any good solutions, I simply looked online for some expert answers and plugged them into the article. It really is that simple and it never would have come to me as an idea or inspiration if this poor mom hadn't been in the store at that particular day and time. I had a lot of fun writing that article and it was interesting and offered a solution. I have had more views for that article then any other article I have published because it's real, it's a common problem, and I found some great advice on how to overcome it. There is no end to the possibilities for topics. Just get out there and observe people and don't forget to take your notebook with you. custom dissertation
