In all likelihood the person will get an honorable discharge. However, in certain cases the person may receive general discharge under honorable conditions. Any relationship between an officer and an enlisted person is discouraged in the Air Force. It has a strict rule against any such relationship. In most cases, you should be entitled to some kind of financial support from your husband. If your husband does not do that he might invite trouble from the UCMJ. He should part with some of the housing allowance that he might be getting and also child support if you have children. You can enforce the child support through VA child protective services. If your husband does not provide you with some of his housing allowance and if you inform the DFAS, his housing allowance will be stopped. You may contact the NOB or a visiting JAG.
