Etihad Airways, UAE's state airline, has launched a premium class lounge at the Manchester airport as one part of its continued dedication to the North West Britain. Etihad's Pearl Business Class visitors managed to enjoy the services and conveniences of the premium lounge after an opening rite that was hosted by Manchester Town Soccer Club's Executive, Roberto Mancini; Garry Cook, MCFC Manager; and Mike Summer bee, MCFC envoy. The Manchester Airport's new premium lounge follows the roll-out of similar lounges in Abu Dhabi, London and Frankfurt. Each one of these lounges portrays the airline's characteristic style, together with fantastic atmosphere and glorious quality. Manchester Airport's lounge boasts of a specifically designed studio that showcases souvenirs of the Manchester Town Soccer Club. With Etihad Airways ' business class visitors enjoying free limo transfers from and to the airport and now the glorious comforts of a classy lounge, the airline makes certain that premium class ticket purchasers are comfy through their journey. Etihad Airways has been operational in Manchester since 2006 and provides connecting budget flight tickets from the town to Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow through its code share partner, bmi. The airline also operates flights from Manchester to Isle of Man, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Southampton and Inverness with Flybe. Etihad Airways ' Chief Commercial Officer, Peter Baumgartner stated in firm's publicity release, "Manchester has often been a vital market for Etihad and the ties between Manchester and Abu Dhabi haven't ever been stronger." Mr Baumgartner further mentioned "This latest development is testament to our dedication to the North West of Britain, and to the ever growing business and leisure travel demand out of and into the area. We are extraordinarily content to be in a position to offer Etihad Pearl Business Class guests in Manchester this extraordinary lounge." The fashionable lounge at the Manchester airport is a spread out on more than three hundred meters and includes many of the best business services and comforts. The lounge has amazing dining facilities with a variety of world cuisines and a leading-edge business centre with individual workstations. The lounge in addition features a family room; a relaxation area incorporating comfy leather chairs ; opulent toilets and shower facilities for passengers boarding flights from the airport ; and a prayer room.
