Limit your email communications to once a week. Your customers often will get several messages a day and are very busy in their lives. If you are sending too many emails, people will get annoyed and block these messages or unsubscribe from your list.

Freebies are great tools to boost customer relationships, and they could be considered a part of your email marketing campaign. Add a statement that urges them to take advantage of this offer, in full. The end of your email should contain a call to action before the offer is pulled.
