A lot people suffer from stress. It is an unfortunate outcome of modern, hectic lifestyle. When stress takes the form of depression, it becomes even worse and it gets quite difficult to control it. However, the good news is that there are several effective ways of dealing with stress.

One of the best ways to reduce stress in your life is to do some exercise. Try to take out some time out of your busy lifestyle and go for a walk, practice yoga or go for swimming, cycling, or any other exercise that you like or are comfortable doing. Physical exertion releases endorphins in the body that bring a feeling of well being.

Taking a good night’s sleep is also found to be highly effective in dealing with stress and depression. Your body and mind needs rest. If you sleep well, for minimum 8 hours a day, you would not feel exhausted and worn-out. People who sleep very less usually suffer from stress, anxiety, and depression as their mind is always fraught with something or the other. Tension keeps building in their mind and it takes the form of stress.

Healthy eating habits, reading good books, listening to soothing and relaxing music, and taking hot water bath before going to bed are some other ways that are found to be useful in combating stress and anxiety. If you are going through a bad relationship or some problem in professional life, talking to a close friend or seeking the help of a psychologist is a good option of reducing your tension and worries.

Laughter yoga is yet another wonderful technique of dealing with stress. Laughter is one of the best remedies for stress and anxiety. By practising laughter yoga exercises every day for 15-20 minutes, one can reduce one’s stress and can improve the overall physical and mental health. Laughter stimulates the brain, expands the blood vessels, and enhances the immune system. Laughter reduces the stress hormone called cortisol, and at the same time, increases the level of the happiness hormone in the body, oxytocin.

Listening to a laughter yoga speaker is equally effective in managing stress and depression. A laughter yoga speaker improves the physical and mental health of his audience by teaching them laughter yoga exercises. A good laughter yoga speaker reaches out to his audience and engages them in a hearty laughter. When you would listen to such a laughter speaker, you would feel energized and enthusiastic-and would forget all your tensions and worries.

Listen to a good laughter yoga speaker and overcome stress, anxiety, and depression.
