The blood type diet dictates that every blood group has a vulnerability to certain diseases, advantages from particular exercises and important to eat some foods. The blood group diet has enormously become popular freshly, and makes lots of sense to lots of people, with its reference to human evolution and history. Many discovered that by switching over their diet, they began to lose their weight without trying. That means, if you strictly follow a blood type diet which is specifically designed for your blood type, you’ll lose your weight, feel healthy and lower your risks of many diseases.

Real weight loss and real lasting health comes from considering how your body interacts with the foods and beverages you consume. Dr. D’Adamo on-going and pioneering research verifies that your blood group is the single and most essential determinant in how the body relates with the food you consume, and whether that food causes digestive problems, inflammation, or weight gain. Look at the food you eat and then look over the main weight-gaining food for your blood group, consider replacing two of them at least with other foods which may be either neutral or beneficial for your group as your blood type diet.

Example for Type A and O: Replace pastas and wheat breads with neutral and better-tolerated pastas and spelt breads. Ideally, until you attain your desired state of weight and health, you’ll want to eat less of the grains, and add quality vegetables and meats. However, removing gluten is a big step in the correct direction. Example for Type AB and B: Avoid eating corn muffins and taco shells. Blood type A people are generally lactose intolerant and also they have a difficult time digesting animal protein. By eliminating dairy products and meat from their diet, they will start to lose their weight and their body will react positively. Although blood group B people can deal with almost all types of food, some kinds of food will lead to weight gain. Food to avoid includes buckwheat, sesame seeds, corn, lentils, and peanuts and many other nuts. In order to lose weight, blood group O should follow a low-carb, high-protein diet with plenty of fish and meat but no wheat, grains and dairy products. People with the uncommon blood group AB should consume a mixture of the foods suggested for blood type A and B. So, you should eat right for your blood type to lose weight effectively and fast.

Plenty of fruit and vegetables are always beneficial for everyone, irrespective of blood group. Meat products are effective to give you proteins, which are essential to maintain the condition of high energy. Same proteins also can be obtained through beans and lentils. Dr. D’Adamo’s diet theory and plan of not eating many wheat-based items is based on a very simple logic. Corn and Wheat has gluten inside it. Gluten sticks with the intestinal lining preventing your digestive system from working flawlessly. So what will you do in such circumstances? So avoid noodles and breads made of products with high gluten composition and try and eat right for your blood type.
