Raw materials are all sourced from suppliers who are equally responsible to the sustainability of the environment. The company maintains a strict and vigilant monitoring unit for illegal suppliers. They make sure that company refrains from any dealings and purchases of illegally harvested wood such as wood harvested by violating traditional and civil rights, forests with high conservation laws, forests converted to plantation projects and genetically modified trees. Staples Company is awarded with the ‘Forest Stewardship Council Accreditation’ for their dedication and commitment to environment sustainability. The company works closely with customers right from the product development to the product delivery stage. It aims to constantly deliver exactly what customers expect and want in their products to ensure customer satisfaction. Delivery of excellent customer service and after sales service is executed throughout all the stages of the business.
