Yes, it is a lot of work and it will take many hours to create this list of names with your new distributor. A Getting Started meeting can take anywhere from one to four hours to complete. However, what has been found as a result of tests conducted throughout the entire network marketing industry, is that if you spend the time or one to five hours, with your new distributor at your Getting Started Meeting with them and doing the getting started training with them, you will save yourself hundreds and hundreds of hours down the road. You will not have to go back and re sponsor people and rebuild downlines and redo all the network marketing work over and over again if you conduct your Getting Started Meetings with your new distributors effectively and efficiently. You will not have to beg them not to drop out and you will not have to beg them to order products and beg them to do all the network marketing activities that are necessary to build their own downlines. Most people who start out in the network marketing business, whether they know it or not, initially employ and practice a system of 'Begging'. Once that system of begging obviously does not and will never work, they then employ the system of "Arguing". During this phase or system they would argue with everybody that didn’t want to join up in their business. They would give them all the reasons why they should sign up and how stupid they were if they didn’t sign up and they continue arguing with their potential new distributors or prospects all the time. Obviously that doesn’t and will not ever work.
