Your staff sometime need a much needed hand up or maybe an encouraging word can do so much good in their lives that all of a sudden just a word could turn your employee into a shining star! Our staff sometimes need a little bit of encouragement to apply themselves to their work or maybe an encouraging word can do so much good that in fact all of a sudden your employee is shining like a superstar. An encouraging word in season can do wonders for an employee’s self esteem.
When the economic climate is a tad bleak then is the time to look for ways and means or even incentives to encourage and spur your employees on to greatness! Employee awards and staff awards do not have to be expensive but the end results will be well worth the trouble and you will see your business grow and your employees grow with it which will even surprise themselves. There are various gift incentives websites which display endless lines of gifts all for under $10! That $10 spent can be multiplied by five or ten times over with an enthusiastic employee finding new leads and ways of increasing their sale figures and pursuing the lead to a truly successful end.
This will in turn spur the other members of the sales team to pursue greatness in their personal, as well as their business lives which will be a win-win situation for everyone! You will have achieved an awful lot with a few dollars. The mugs have inspiring and motivational messages on them with truly awesome photographs of an eagle catching a thermal or just the words “Above and Beyond”. There a plagues and mouse pads with inspirational messages printed on them but which is a best seller is the iPhone holder.
There are many gifts of inspirational books; or if you want to remind your employee and ‘keep the finger on the pulse’ a desk pad which they will have to keep referring to when writing down those important appointment dates is a must! They can count the days they have in which to achieve their target before that next sales meeting! Yes there are so many wonderful gifts you can purchase all at your disposal and all within your mediocre budget. So go ahead – make a change! Each gift with a more inspirational motto than the last one but all which are made for winners!
What I particularly liked was for the ‘king pin’ which is a magnetic clip holder, but which had a jumble of stick figures all doing high cartwheels. This is an item which would be a highly prized on any employee’s desk.
