The inclusion of subheads also breaks the copy up, making it more readable and digestible. 2. Explain the Benefits A way to initially draw the reader in is to make it clear to them what the benefits of your product or service are. Once they know there's something in it for them, they'll want to keep reading to find out more about it and how to get it. For this reason, it's very important to research your target market before writing copy, so that you know what it is they're looking for and what type of benefits they'll respond to. 3. Promise a Solution The general type of benefit that most people are looking for is a solution to a problem. Create a Sense of Intimacy Write as if you are talking solely to one person.
